If you are new to working out, don't like gyms, like to use your body weight instead of weights, like to USE weights or simply are trying to build into mobility while getting more steps in a day - this app is for you! :) With this program you will bet access to messaging me with any questions you may have via the app or through IG.

About the program

Hi - I'm Amanda. I’m a holistic health, life and nutrition coach. I am also a RYT 500 yoga teacher with a passion for mindfulness and movement. After navigating my own healing journey through chronic illness, I discovered the incredible power of movement—not just for building strength, flexibility and agility, but also for deep internal healing. My goal is to help you create a lasting relationship with movement and your well-being, while bringing in mindful approaches to show you how to heal yourself with the tools you already have—the power of your mind and body.     Why is this program free if I sign up by Nov 3rd?
    I want to create a program that anyone can use at any point in their movement journeys. Movement is so foundational in a whole body approach to healing and aging in place. I created this because it was something I made for myself when I started to get back into fitness. I believe it is so helpful and I want to share that with YOU! The catch is if you sign up, do the program and LOVE your results then I ask you fill out a review for me so that I can capture your experience. I also would love any feedback you have on changes that could have helped you. That is truly it!
    Who is your ideal audience for this program?
    People looking to get into working out/walking daily but have no routine and do not know where to start. This program also targets people wanting to get into calisthenics, yoga and 7-10k daily steps while building new habits around movement and mindfulness.
    What transformation or outcome does this program promise?
    You will have built strength, endurance and habit stacking patterns that build you up both mentally and physically!
    What does this program entail?
    This is a 4 week program designed as: - 5 days a week: full body workouts with light weights or your own body weight - Fridays: optional yoga videos to build on strength, flexibility and mobility - 6 days a week: 7k steps/day - There are lots of tips and tricks to help people start to break down incorporating movement into their daily routine
